Andrew Zashin is the founder of Zashin Law. He is regarded regionally, nationally and internationally for his expertise in Family Law and International Family Law. Andrew, and the team of attorneys at Zashin Law, have experience dealing with national laws and acts like the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act (“UCCJEA”), Uniform Interstate Family Support Act (“UIFSA”) and others related to child custody matters between the states.

Andrew and his team have represented parents in the United States and overseas in relation to the implementation and enforcement of The 1980 Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, at every level of the federal courts.
